[摘要]以军事物流信息化建设需求为牵引，结合军事物流信息系统工程建设实际，梳理分析军事物流信息系统国家标准和国家军用标准现状，充分利用国家和地方标准资源，研究构建军事物流信息系统标准体系，为加快军事物流信息系统建设和军地物流融合发展奠定基础。

Research on Standard System of Military Logistics Information System

Abstract：Guided by the requirements of military logistics informatization construction and combined with the actual construction of military logistics information systems，we sorted out and analyzed the current national standards of military logistics information system and national military standards，and made full use of national and local standard resources to study and build the standard system for military logistics information system，in order to accelerate the construction of the military logistics information system and provide basic support for military-local logistics integration development.

军事物流信息系统标准体系是基于军民融合建设要求，由军事物流信息系统工程建设领域相关标准构成的集合体，主要用于指导和规范军事物流信息系统建设。军事物流信息系统工程建设需要实现军地和军内跨部门、跨领域业务协同，建立各部门、各单位共同认可并执行的物流信息系统标准体系，以有效实现军事物流相关业务系统的衔接和物流资源信息的互认。同时，军事物流天然的近民特性，也决定了以国家相关标准为基础，军事物流需求为补充的军民融合式建设和发展是物流信息系统标准体系建设的必然要求和基本途径。

2物流信息系统标准现状

2.1国家物流信息系统标准

国家层面物流信息系统相关标准涉及物流信息管理标准化技术委员会（TC267）、物品编码标准化技术委员会（TC287）、信息技术标准化委员会（TC28）、信息安全标准化技术委员会（TC200）、信息分类与编码标准化技术委员会（TC353）和地理信息标准化技术委员（TC230）等6个国家标准化机构，及其管理和维护的5个相关标准体系，近2 100项相关国家标准。……
