摘  要：新农科背景下，以往高度专业化和技术化的教育方式和人才培养方式已不再满足高等教育的新需求，加强新农科背景下青年教师的创新培养，探索实现农科学子人才培养全面发展与农业高校社会价值体现的新农科建设之路具有重要意义。文章以新疆高校为例，分析了新农科背景下的机遇与挑战，并以新农科背景下农业院校青年教师创新发展的思考为切入点，提出了新农科背景下农业院校青年教师创新发展的建议，为新农科建设提供人才培养思路。

Abstract： In the context of the new agricultural sciences， the previous highly specialized and technical education methods and talent training methods no longer meet the new needs of higher education. It is of great significance to strengthen the innovative training of young teachers under the background of new agricultural sciences， and to explore the way to realize the all-round development of the cultivation of agricultural science talents and the construction of new agricultural sciences reflecting the social value of agricultural universities. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the context of new agricultural sciences taking universities in Xinjiang as an example. Taking the thinking on the innovative development of young teachers in agricultural universities under the background of new agricultural sciences as the focus point， and puts forward suggestions for the innovative development of young teachers in agricultural colleges under the background of new agricultural sciences， and provides talent training ideas for the construction of new agricultural sciences.

十九大的成功召开标志着一个新时代的开始，为全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家开辟了新道路，加快实现中国梦，同时大会指出了中国高等教育发展的新风向。在大会精神的有力引导下，我国的高等教育散发着新的活力、增添新的动力、攒足干劲、实现新的目标。特别是建设新农科和实施乡村振兴战略加大了对农业人才的培养。新农科建设是乡村振兴实践、高等教育改革、人才需求变化和社会经济进步的必然选择。新时代背景下，以往高度专业化和技术化的教育方式和人才培养方式已不再满足高等教育的新需求。

高校教育的核心任务是“培养创新型人才”，最终目标是“教育服务社会”。拥有一支结构合理、师资力量强大的的教师队伍在培养人才和建设优质大学方面发挥着重要作用。……
