摘要：如今，新能源汽车已经成为汽车行业发展的重要方向，为了进一步保证教育实效，教师有必要结合本课程教学实践性与综合性强的特点，在重视理论授课的同时，还应致力于学生实践能力的培养，积极打造一体化的新能源汽车维护与保养教学新常态，从而促进学生专业综合能力的提升，为他们在未来更好地就业与发展做好奠基工作。本文以高职新能源汽车维护与保养教学为论点，在阐述一体化教学模式内涵的同时，就其在新能源汽车维护与保养教学中的应用策略做了详细探讨，以期能够给广大教师提供一些借鉴参考。

Abstract： Nowadays， new energy vehicles has become the important direction of the development of the auto industry， in order to further ensure education actual effect， it is necessary to combine the course teaching practice and the characteristics of comprehensive strength， at the same time of emphasizing theory teaching， should also be committed to the cultivation of students' practical ability， actively create integration of new energy vehicles maintenance teaching the new normal， So as to promote the improvement of students' professional comprehensive ability and lay a foundation for their better employment and development in the future. This paper takes the maintenance and maintenance teaching of new energy vehicles in higher vocational colleges as an argument， while expatiating the connotation of the integrated teaching mode， it makes a detailed discussion on its application strategy in the maintenance and maintenance teaching of new energy vehicles， in order to provide some reference for the majority of teachers.

0  引言

众所周知，对于汽车专业教育而言，其本质目标就是培养与社会发展、市场需求以及国家需求相匹配的高精尖、综合性人才。所以，面对当前，新能源汽车的发展态势以及新能源汽车维护与保养人才缺口不断扩大的实情，新能源汽车维护与保养教学有必要对教学模式加以革新，引入一体化形式的教学方针，并以此为基点不断创新教学设计和教学体系，从而在保证教学有效性的同时，为学生专业素养以及综合能力的发展铺路搭桥，使他们能够更好地就业与成才。

1  一体化教学模式内涵阐述
