摘要：进入新世纪的20年是中国茶文化研究最活跃、成果最丰硕的时期，茶文化研究的队伍不断壮大，学术领域和研究水平不断提升，研究视野和方法不断扩展和创新，在茶文化基本理论的完善、茶文化学科建设等方面均取得了新突破。文章在回顾当代中国茶文化研究历程的基础上，总结和梳理21世纪以来的中国茶文化研究概况，以期为将来茶文化研究提供参考。

An Overview of Chinese Tea Culture

Research in the Past 20 Years

Abstract：  The recent 20 years have been the most active and fruitful period of Chinese tea culture research with theexpansion of the tea culture research teams， the creation of organizational structures， the increase of scientific researchfunds and publications， the extension of the academic field， the improvement of research level， the expansion andinnovation of research horizons and methods， and current political hot spots. New breakthroughs have been madein the aspects of the basic theory of tea culture， and the construction of the discipline of tea culture. The research resultsof tea culture have attracted the attention of scientists. At the same time， the current tea culture research also has someproblems that need to be improved or solved in the future.

进入新世纪的20年，是中国当代茶文化事业（包含茶文化公共服务事业、学术研究事业和普及传播事业等）和茶文化（创意）产业蒸蒸日上、欣欣向荣的20年，茶文化受到社会各界的普遍重视，“茶为国饮”已成为共识，中国茶界还积极推动设立了“全民饮茶日”和“国际茶日”。

伴随着茶文化的蓬勃发展和“茶文化热”的持续，学界也掀起了茶文化研究的热潮，有关中国茶文化研究的论文论著层出不穷。随着茶文化研究队伍的不断壮大，研究视角和方法的不断提升，研究成果的不断涌现，形成了“百家争鸣”的研究氛围。

本文在简要回顾当代中国茶文化研究历程的基础上，尝试对21世纪以来的中国茶文化研究作阶段性的总结和梳理，提出当前研究存在的不足和问题，以期为学界做深入思考、研究提供参考。

一、当代中国茶文化研究历程述略

长期以来，古人对于茶文化的探讨多停留在描述或叙写层次，或者仅限于对茶史资料的摘录、汇编，缺乏学术层面的探索，唐代陆羽《茶经》的问世，使茶文化发展到一个空前的高度，但仍具有一定的时代局限性。……
