摘要：目的：分析社区老年高血压患者实施心理护理的临床价值。方法：对我社区78例老年高血压患者进行分析，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，各39例，对照组实施常规护理，研究组加用心理护理，比较两组患者治疗依从性和PHQ-9、GAD-7评分。结果：研究组PHQ-9、GAD-7评分、血压水平显著低于对照组，治疗依从性（94.87%）显著高于对照组（74.36%），组间有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对社区老年高血压患者实施心理护理措施效果显著，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective： To analyze the clinical value of psychological care for elderly hypertensive patients in the community. Methods： 78 elderly hypertensive patients in our community were analyzed. According to the random number table， they were divided into study group and control group， each with 39 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care， and the study group was given psychological care. Treatment compliance and PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores. Results： The PHQ-9， GAD-7 scores and blood pressure levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The treatment compliance （94.87%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （74.36%）. There was statistical significance between the groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of psychological nursing measures for elderly hypertensive patients in the community is significant， and it is worthy of clinical application.

臨床中多应用药物控制高血压，但是由于老年患者的服药依从性比较差，且存在负面情绪，也会出现血压控制不利的现象。心理护理干预属于新型的护理干预方式，将其应用在社区老年高血压患者中能够有效缓解患者的负面情绪，基于此，本文就对心理护理干预进行研究。

1资料和方法

1.1一般资料

将我社区的78例老年高血压患者作为本次研究对象，病例选取时间为2019年8月-2020年3月，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组（n=39）和对照组（n=39），所有患者均知晓本次研究。研究组中男19例，女20例，最大年龄75岁，最小年龄60岁，平均年龄（67.52±2.63）岁，对照组中男20例，女19例，最大年龄76岁，最小年龄61岁，平均年龄（68.11±2.59）岁，比较两组患者的临床资料显示无统计学意义（P>0.05），可以比较。

1.2方法

对照组实施常规护理，向患者发放高血压疾病知识宣传手册，按照医嘱准时服用药物，根据患者实际情况制定饮食方案[1]。指导患者掌握正确的测量血压的方法。……
