摘  要：本文從自媒体特征入手，重点论述了自媒体是一把“双刃剑”的特点。信息社会的日益发展，对信息素养能力的要求越来越高。因此，在自媒体时代，高校图书馆加强大学生信息素养则尤为迫切和重要。作者从信息素养教育课程常态化普及化、信息素养教育内容综合化层次化、信息素养教育教师学科化多样化3个方面对信息素养教育进行了创新研究。

Abstract： Starting from the characteristics of "we media"， this paper focuses on the characteristics of "we media" as a "double-edged sword". With the development of the information society， the demand for information literacy is getting higher and higher. Therefore， in the era of "we media"， it is especially urgent and important for university libraries to strengthen the information literacy of college students. The author from the information literacy education curriculum normalized universalness， integrated hierarchical information literacy education content， education of information literacy teachers disciplinization diversification of information literacy education three aspects has carried on the innovative research.

2020年9月29日，中国互联网络信息中心（CNNIC）在京发布第46次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》（以下简称《报告》）。截止到2020年6月我国网民规模达到9.40亿，手机网民占比达99.2%，继续保持稳定增长。年龄结构中，20-29岁、30-39岁网民年龄占比分别为19.9%、20.4%，高于其他年龄群体;网民职业结构中，学生最多，占比高达23.7% [1]。信息资源的深入发展，互联网和手机广泛普及，个体随意参与传播的自媒体模式应运而生并受到人们的欢迎，尤其受到年轻人的喜爱。大学生接受新兴事物能力强，是中国网民的主体，这正与《报告》是相吻合的。

自媒体具有平民化、普泛化、自主化的特点，既可以是信息的接受者，又可以是信息的传播者，它打破了传统媒体一对一、被动式的传播模式，在传播速度、效果上是传统传播方式无法比拟的。但同时也导致自媒体自由随意、良莠不齐、法律不规范等种种弊端，各种负面的社会问题也接踵而来。

因此，在自媒体时代更要对大学生信息素养的教育，对信息素养的研究也要更加深入透彻。……
