摘 要：2020年8月贵州省某猪场出现了大量仔猪发病死亡的现象，为查出该猪场仔猪发病及死亡原因，本研究采用临床症状观察、病理解剖诊断、细菌分离培养、病毒分子生物学检测等检测方法进行病原学检测。试验结果显示：发病仔猪为沙门氏菌和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）混合感染，并根据诊断结果和猪场实际情况给出了相应的防控建议。

Diagnosis of a Case of Mixed Infection of Salmonella and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus on a Pig Farm

Abstract：

A large number of piglets morbidity and death occurred in a pig farm in Guizhou Province in August 2020. In order to find out the causes of morbidity and death of piglets in this pig farm，etiological testing was carried out in this study by clinical symptom observation，pathological anatomy diagnosis，bacterial isolation and culture，virus molecular biological detection and other detection methods. The results showed that the dieseaed piglets were infected with mixture of salmonella and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV），and the corresponding prevention and control suggestions were given bsaed on the diagnosis results and the actual situation of the pig farm.

猪沙门氏菌病（swine salmonellosis） 又称猪副伤寒（paratyphus suum） ，是由沙门氏菌属细菌引起的仔猪的一种传染病，致病菌主要是猪霍乱沙门氏菌、猪伤寒沙门氏菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌等，常发于6月龄以下的仔猪，多发于1～4月龄，临床上可分为急性、亚急性和慢性3种类型，急性病死率高达90%，慢性型病死率达25%～50% [1-2]。急性型呈败血症经过而亡，剖检见脾脏肿大硬化，肠系膜淋巴结肿大;亚急性和慢性病例多发坏死性肠炎，死亡动物尸体消瘦，剖检见肠黏膜附有糜烂坏死物，脾脏稍有肿大，肺部常伴有卡他性肺炎病灶[3]。对该病的控制大部分通过抗菌药物，因此猪群沙门氏菌产生耐药性也屡见报道[4]。猪殖繁与呼吸综合征（ porcine repro-ductive and respiratory syndrome，PRRS） 又称猪“蓝耳病”，病原为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV），以种猪群繁殖障碍和仔猪、生长育肥猪群呼吸道问题为特点，严重危害养猪业的发展，给全世界的养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失[5]，哺乳仔猪主要有腹泻、呼吸困难等症状，个别仔猪还会出现精神症状，如震颤、后肢瘫痪等[6]。……
