摘  要： 人工智能与大数据技术的应用，为教育教学注入了新的动力。文章以程序设计在线评测系统大数据为例，研究教育大数据在辅助课堂教学和在线教学中的应用。基于在线测评系统，分析学生学习流程及数据体系，剖析了教育数据在学习路径分析、相似度计算、个性化内容推荐、群体模型构建及学习成绩预测等领域的应用，为教育管理以及课堂教学与在线教学的深度融合提供决策支持。

Research on the application of educational data in classroom teaching and online teaching

Absrtact： The application of artificial intelligence and big data technology has injected new impetus into education and teaching. Taking the big data of programming online evaluation system as an example， this paper studies the application of educational big data in aiding the classroom teaching and online teaching. Based on the online evaluation system， the students' learning process and data system are analyzed， and the application of educational data in the fields of learning path analysis， similarity calculation， personalized content recommendation， group model construction and learning performance prediction are dissected， which can provides decision-making support for education management and the deep integration of classroom teaching and online teaching.

0 引言

人工智能和大数据成为当前信息领域研究的热点。教育领域对大量数据的挖掘和运用，并进行学习分析，必将影响着课堂教与学的各个方面，带来教学目的、教学内容、教学方式和教学管理等方面的系统性变革。目前，教育领域中大数据主要是教育教学中产生的学习者行为数据，如课堂教学中的学习行为、面部表情、肢体动作、眼动等，以及在线学习中学生学习路径、学习日志、学习成果数据及课程资源数据与学习管理数据等。通过教学管理系统的学生数据，研究学生的未来行为趋势，如通过在线课程记录，预测学习者能否完成在线课程[1];通过提取学习者在在线教育平台上的数据，识别学习者行为，检测有可能存在辍学风险的学生，及时发现并进行教育[2];通过提取学习者的个人信息，对学习者的成绩进行分析与成绩预测等[3-6]，以改进教学方式。……
