摘 要：黄河健康评估指标体系构建是科学开展黄河健康评估的前提，但现有河流健康评估指标体系不能反映黄河特性，在黄河健康评估实践中存在一定不适宜性。在全国河流健康评估指标体系基础上，结合黄河特征、战略功能定位和新形势下黄河健康需求，对全国河湖健康评估指标体系框架适应性进行调整，构建了新形势下黄河健康评估指标体系，并以黄河干流源头至利津河段为对象，结合各河段生态环境特征和社会经济状况，梳理分析不同河段适宜评价指标，并确定其权重。

Abstract： The establishment of Yellow River health assessment index system is prerequisite for its scientific health assessment. However， the available index system of river health assessment has hardly featured the characteristics of the Yellow River， thus in the practice of health assessment of the Yellow River， there are some inappropriateness. Based on the adaptability adjustment of the national river health assessment index system framework， this research proposed the index system of health assessment of the Yellow River combined with the characteristics， strategic positioning and health requirement of the Yellow River in a new situation. In addition， the appropriate health assessment indexes of different reaches from headwater to Lijin of the Yellow River were chose and their evaluation weights were determined according to the ecological environment characteristics and social-economic conditions of them.

河湖水系是地表水資源的重要载体，对生物多样性维持和人类社会发展具有重要作用。20世纪80年代以来经济社会快速发展，我国大量河湖受到水资源短缺、水生态退化、水环境污染和水域岸线被侵占等胁迫，造成水体恶化以及生态功能退化甚至丧失[1]，河流生态系统服务功能受损，严重影响河流对人类社会支撑作用的发挥。维护及恢复河湖健康是我国河湖管理的重要任务，并被纳入河湖管理与保护实践[2]。河湖健康评估是20世纪90年代兴起的流域综合管理手段，可对河湖健康状况及存在的问题进行诊断评价，同时跟踪监测河湖生态修复效果，从而为河湖健康的适应性管理提供反馈信息。……
