【摘    要】核心素养的培养不是一朝一夕的事情，教师不仅在课堂上要注意对学生核心素养的培养，在语文阅读命题中也应如此。在小学语文阅读课程中，教师要坚持以生为本的原则，以核心素养培养为目标，立足本阶段学生的年龄特征，坚持知識性、思维迁移性、审美性、鉴赏性、品质性、文化性等原则，为学生设计一些能够提升其语文素养的试题，使学生快乐答题、用心答题、有效答题。

Examples on the Principles of Elementary School Chinese Reading Proposition under the Background of Core Accomplishment

【Abstract】The cultivation of core literacy is not a matter of overnight. Teachers should not only pay attention to the cultivation of the core literacy of students in the classroom， but also in the proposition of Chinese reading. In the primary school Chinese reading course， teachers should adhere to the student-oriented principle， aim at the cultivation of core literacy， based on the age characteristics of students at this stage， and adhere to knowledge， thinking transfer， aesthetics， appreciation， quality， and culture. Based on the principles of sex， we design some test questions for students that can improve their language literacy， so that students can answer the questions happily， carefully and effectively.

在语文学科素养受到广泛关注的今天，小学语文课程教学也迎来了新的变革，教学改革给命题者带来了新的挑战。在新形势下，语文阅读命题应立足学科核心素养，从语言建构能力、思维能力、审美鉴赏能力以及传统文化传承等方面入手，设计能够提升学生语文素养的题目。一直以来，小学语文阅读理解题目都是语文学习的难点，是学生做起来头疼、教师教起来缠手的难题，扳倒这只拦路虎，我们的语文阅读理解就会事半功倍，从而真正提升小学生的听、说、读、写能力。这样的现实问题促使语文教师在语文命题时符合实际，符合新时代要求。

命题不仅是一门科学，更是一门艺术，它不仅能给学生足够的思考空间，还能调动学生对语文学习的兴趣。当前，语文阅读试题设计还存在一定的问题，如题目类型单一、内容枯燥、时代感薄弱、学科核心素养体现不全等，改变这样的现状，需要命题者坚持知识性、思维迁移性、审美性、鉴赏性、品质性、文化性等原则，设计有利于学生思想品质发展的题目，凸显新时代教育理念，这样的试题才更有效。……
