【摘    要】随着信息化时代的到来，网络在农村小学体育课翻转课堂的教育体制中发挥了非常重要的作用，同时也获得了一定的教学效果。本文中，笔者阐述了农村小学体育课程的教学现状和问题，介绍了翻转课堂的概念和特点，探讨了农村小学体育教学在网络环境下的发展方向，最后针对网络环境下农村小学体育课程如何实施翻转课堂提出几点对策，以供参考。

Research on the Implementation of Flipped Classroom in the Physical Education of Rural Primary Schools under the Network Environment

【Abstract】With the advent of the information age， the Internet has played a very important role in the education system of flipped classrooms in rural primary school physical education， and at the same time has achieved certain teaching effects. In this article， the author expounds the current situation and problems of physical education in rural elementary schools， and introduces the concept and characteristics of flipped classrooms. At the same time， it discusses the development direction of rural elementary school physical education in the network environment， and finally focuses on rural elementary school physical education in the network environment. The course how to implement flipped classroom puts forward several countermeasures for reference.

一、关于农村小学体育教学的现状和主要问题

近几年，我国非常重视农村教育的发展和普及，对农村小学的支持力度也越来越大，虽然绝大部分农村小学按照课程标准开设了体育课程，但是，在实践过程中依然存在诸多问题，主要体现在以下三个方面：

一是农村小学体育课程缺乏理论研究支持。目前，我国大部分农村小学在体育教学方面发展比较滞后，这主要是源于理论研究的缺乏，一方面缺乏知识传承，另一方面也缺少国内外相关方面的调查和研究;

二是农村小学和学生家长对体育教学缺乏重视。随着农村生活水平的不断提升，农村家庭对教育的重视程度也有所提升，但是，在体育教育方面却并不关注，甚至认为是荒废学业。再加上很多农村小学本来资金成本就有限，在体育教学设备和体育教师方面的投入更加有限。此外，政府在制定鼓励和支持农村小学体育教学发展政策时，也对体育教学有所忽略;
