摘要我国近年来加强对学生德育教育的培养，并相继颁布了有关文件，要求教育过程中渗透思想政治工作，为职业院校教育事业发展开辟新篇章。职业院校肩负着为国家培养和储备人才重任，虽然目前立德树人思想教育有了一定经验，但学生管理仍存在一定阻碍，针对当前职业院校学生管理现状，在教育过程中融入“立德树人”新举措，加强学生队伍建设，确保立德树人教育有效落实，提升学生综合素养。

Research on the Integration of the Idea of Strengthening Moral Education in the New Era into the Student Management of Vocational Colleges

AbstractIn recent years，China has strengthened the cultivation of students' moral education，and successively promulgated relevant documents，requiring the infiltration of Ideological and political work in the process of education，so as to open up a new chapter for the development of education in vocational colleges. Vocational colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating and reserving talents for the country. Although they have some experience in moral education，there are still some obstacles in student management. In view of the current situation of student management in vocational colleges，integrate the new measures of “moral education”into the education process，strengthen the construction of student team，ensure the effective implementation of moral education and improve students' comprehensive quality.

1立德樹人思想概述

1.1立德树人的概念解析

《左传》首次提出“立德”之说，表明有德与实现道德是人生最高境界，然后建功立业是人生毕生追求。“立德”就是树立德业。职业院校培养大学生职业道德、社会公德等做人基本的美德，为学生树立正确的价值观念，引导学生具备良好的个人素养，成为社会主义可靠接班人。《管子·权修》中记载关于“树人”道理，“十年树木，百年树人”。职业院校学生正是对社会具有初步认识的关键时期，“树人”应以教育目标为导向，对优秀人才进行培养，采用多元化教学手段培养学生符合社会对人才的发展需求，培养为完成祖国复兴梦的优秀人才。

1.2职业院校立德树人的落实实践

首先，明确职业院校学生管理中落实立德树人的目的。加强学生思想政治教育，从专业课程抓起，思想政治教育是立德树人的基础性学科，与人才德育培养具有直接相关性，只有借助课程教学，才能提高学生思想意识。……
