摘要公共管理学科的实践性特征决定了案例教学方法选择的必然性。公共管理案例教学在我国引入到应用已有二十多年，为探究我国学者在此领域的研究现状、薄弱环节及未来趋势，我们通过运用Cite Space软件，对CNKI数据库中有关公共管理案例教学的146篇文献进行了可视化分析，发现虽然公共管理案例教学研究已经取得很大进步，但仍处于发展初期，在发文中仍然存在着质与量的欠缺，且研究主题过于分散、内容单一，以及东西部地区研究发展不均衡等薄弱环节。

Research Status and Future Prospect of Public Management Case Teaching WANG Yongming，ZHANG Ge

AbstractThe practical characteristics of public management discipline determine the inevitability of the selection of case teaching methods. Public management case teaching has been introduced and applied in China for more than 20 years. In order to explore the research status，weak links and future trend of Chinese scholars in this field，we visually analyzed 146 documents related to public management case teaching in CNKI database by using city space software. It is found that although the research on public management case teaching has made great progress，However，it is still in the early stage of development，there are still deficiencies in quality and quantity in the publication，and the research topics are too scattered，the content is single，and the research development in the east and west regions is uneven.

公共管理是一門涵盖多学科理论和方法的、综合性较强的学科;其培养目标是使学生具备公共管理学科的思维理解能力，即公共政策理解与分析、公共事务的认知与分析、分解公共任务、组织协调与沟通、管理服务、调查研究等专业能力。从学科特征和培养目标来看，公共管理学科也是一门实践性较强的学科，在培养具有现代公共精神和公共服务理念的同时，需更注重培养其所具备的认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。案例教学，则是以现实中的真实案例为载体，通过情景模拟再现达到实践经验的模拟习得，[1]可以很好地弥补教学中的短板。因此案例教学是公共管理类专业人才培养中重要教学方式，颇受欢迎。案例教学已经在我国公共管理专业人才培养过程中推广多年，把握其在我国发展的整体趋势、薄弱环节以及未来展望是十分重要以及必要的。……
