【摘  要】随着时代的飞速发展，“互联网+”理念已逐步融入社会各界，成为必不可少的一大助力。在新形势下，党建工作如何做到与时俱进、创新优化成为摆在很多企业面前的一道难题。创建“互联网+”党建新模式，能充分调动基层党员的工作积极性，优化企业整体面貌，激发改革创新活力。论文分析了企业做好党建工作的价值与当前存在的不足，并就问题提出相应解决措施。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the times， the concept of "internet +" has gradually integrated into the various sectors of the society and has become an indispensable power. Under the new situation， how to make the Party building work to keep pace with the times and to innovate and optimize has become a difficult problem for many enterprises. The establishment of a new mode of "internet +" Party building can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of grassroots Party members， optimize the overall appearance of enterprises and stimulate the vitality of reform and innovation. The paper analyzes the value of doing well the Party building work in enterprises and the current shortcomings， and proposes corresponding solving measures for the problems.

1 引言

新时代需要新的发展。党建质量要提高，就要做到与时俱进，不断创新优化。而“互联网+”作为当前时代的新生事物，涌现着勃勃生机，不断推动着新事物发展。结合此契机，企业发展“互联网+”党建成为必然趋势，这具有现实意义与非凡价值。目前，“互联网+”党建新模式的发展处于初期探索尝试阶段，有较大的改善空间。本文围绕此问题展开探讨，以期推动企业党建工作发展。

2 企业做好党建工作的价值

党建工作是企业发展的核心驱动力，在党的指挥下，企业往往能凝心聚气，发挥出超乎想象的战斗力，不断推陈出新。

2.1 党建工作增强企业凝聚力

企业发展离不开内部凝聚力，只有“劲往一处使”，才能带动企业飞速发展。而党建工作就是一种红色向心力，在它的引导下，党员专注而坚持，排除万难向目标奋进;职工群众在党的教育与党员积极工作的影响下，也加入奋斗队伍中来。他们敬业乐业，甘于奉献，积极推动企业发展迈上新台阶。……
