【摘  要】我国很早就兴建了许多小型水库，考虑到当时兴建技术条件、材料等的限制，导致其存在或多或少的问题，这将威胁到水库的稳定和下游居民的安全。论文根据其所在地质、气候等自然因素分析小型水库经常发生的病险和发生的原因，提出除险加固的处理方法，保障水库的正常运作，提升水库运转性能。

【Abstract】Many small reservoirs were built in China very early. Considering the limitations of technical conditions and materials， there were more or less problems， which would threaten the stability of reservoirs and the safety of downstream residents. According to the natural factors such as geology and climate， this paper analyzes the risks that often occur in small reservoirs and their causes， and puts forward the treatment methods to eliminate risks and strengthen them， so as to ensure the normal operation of the reservoir and increase the operation performance of the reservoir.

1 引言

水利水电是我国的一项基础性工程。小型水库在全国范围内用于灌溉、发电和农田养殖等方面发挥着十分重要的作用，遍布全国各地开始兴建小水库，帮助当地生产生活。20世纪50年代至70年代达到兴建高潮，建造了许多小水库，因为当时的设计水准、建设技术、建设标准的水平较低，运营及维持管理不足，再加上年代久远，到目前为止，在使用小水库过程中存在多种多样的病险危害，使得水库安全存在隐患。随着我国社会经济、建造技术的持续完善，要加強和整顿小型水库，总结出大坝、溢洪道、输水涵管经常出现的问题，针对其进行一一排查，减少发生危险的可能性，进一步加大水库的稳固性，让水库能够长时间地运作。

2 小型水库常见病险及其成因

水库如果出现病险而没有进行有效处理，很大程度上会导致水库建筑物出现开裂的现象，并且开裂处会越来越大，甚至造成溃坝决堤的情况。小型水库常见的病险如下。
