摘  要：在信息化时代背景下，线上教学成为今后教育发展的一个重要领域。为研究新冠肺炎疫情期间线上教学学生满意度及其影响因素，文章基于顾客满意度理论，构建了线上教学学生满意度理论模型。通过SPSS软件对调查问卷数据进行信度、效度分析，利用AMOS软件对提出模型进行拟合、修正和解释。结果表明：学生对教学活动的期待值最高，对学习平台交互性感知质量较高，但是对待网络及学习环境的感知质量较低;学生认为线上教学可以使自己的学习能力得到提升，并且对学习平台的满意度较高，但是学生普遍不太愿意继续进行线上学习。学生对线上教学基本满意，学生学习网络环境以及课件设计是影响学生满意度的重要因素。教师应做好线上教学的准备工作;学生应充分做好课前预习工作;相关部门应加大线上教学的宣传力度。

Abstract： Under the background of information age， online teaching has become an important field of education development in the future. In order to study the online teaching students' satisfaction and its influencing factors during the COVID-19， based on the customer satisfaction theory， this paper constructs the online teaching students' satisfaction model. SPSS software is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data， and AMOS software was used to fit， modify and explain the proposed model. The results show that： students have the highest expectation of teaching activities， high quality of interactive perception of learning platform， but low quality of perception of network and learning environment; students think that online teaching can improve their learning ability， and have high satisfaction with learning platform， but students are generally not willing to continue online learning. Students are basically satisfied with online teaching. Students' learning network environment and the design of courseware are important factors affecting students' satisfaction. Teachers should do a good job of online teaching preparation; students should do a good job in pre class preview; the relevant departments should strengthen the publicity of online teaching.

2020年受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影响，全国高校学生的学习方式转为线上学习。导致教师在线教学存在诸多问题，例如对学生上课状态的观察不够，对学生学习效果了解不足。学生满意度直接影响其对线上教学的继续学习意愿和学习成效，对线上教学学生满意度进行研究有利于了解学生线上学习情况，并且对于线上教学的改进具有重要意义。
