【摘  要】我国城市化进程的加速，促进建筑行业不断发展，施工企业是建筑行业中重要的行业分支，基层人才是其人力资源的重要基石，对提高施工企业综合竞争力具有重大影响。当前，我国施工企业中基层人才的引进培养受多方因素影响而存在一定问题，这导致基层人才队伍的整体实力不强，影响了企业的健康发展。论文通过分析施工企业基层人才队伍现状和存在问题，就施工企业基层人才引进培养提出思考，以期为促进施工企业基层人才队伍建设提供有益帮助。

【Abstract】The acceleration of China's urbanization process promotes the continuous development of the building industry. Construction enterprises are an important branch of the building industry， and grassroots talents are the important cornerstone of their human resources， which has a significant impact on improving the comprehensive competitiveness of construction enterprises. At present， the introduction and training of grassroots talents in China's construction enterprises are affected by many factors and thus there are certain existing problems， which leads to the overall strength of the grassroots talents team is not strong and affects the healthy development of enterprises. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the grassroots talents team in construction enterprises， this paper puts forward some thoughts on the introduction and training of grassroots talents in construction enterprises， so as to provide beneficial help for promoting the construction of grassroots talents team in construction enterprises.

1 引言

目前，建筑行业已成为我国加快城镇化进程中重要的第三服务业，施工企业作为建筑行业健康发展的重要支撑，基层人才的专业技术水平和综合素质关系到企业的可持续发展。在以追求企业经济效益、社会效益、做好施工项目为核心内容的施工管理过程中，人才队伍仍处于紧缺和较薄弱状态。同时，现如今行业竞争已从以劳动密集型转向科技管理型，而且人才资源也实现了市场化变革。在这种背景下，广大施工企业必须充分认识到人才对于自身经营和发展所具有的重要价值，并在此基础上制定相关策略做好引进培养工作。然而从实际情况来看，现阶段部分施工企业人才引进培养工作仍存在一定问题。对此，下文就施工企业基层人才引进培养展开探究，希望可以为广大同行提供参考。……
