摘 要：随着我国近代职业教育的发展，中职教育作为我国教育体系重要的组成部分，在职业教育的发展中起着承上启下的作用。中职教育是以专门培养社会各行业所需要的技能型人才的教育领域，培养出各行各业所需的专业技术人才，肩负着培养各行业高素质人才的重任。然而，今年来总之教育的发展越来越不被人们所重视，产生了许多问题需待解决，如中职院校硬件设施差，生源匮乏、师资力量的不完善、学生整体素质和认知能力不强等问题。这些问题不断阻碍的学生的学习和成长，更加阻碍了职业教育的健康发展。本文以中职现状为出发点，针对中职教育现状中产生的问题，提出解决对策。

Reflections on the Status quo of Secondary Vocational Education

Abstract：With the development of modern vocational education in China， secondary vocational education， as an important part of our education system， plays a role in the development of vocational education. Secondary vocational education is an education field that specializes in cultivating skilled talents required by various industries in the society. It cultivates professional and technical talents required by various industries and shoulders the important task of cultivating high-quality talents in various industries. However， this year， the development of education is getting less and less attention from people， and there are many problems that need to be solved， such as poor hardware facilities in secondary vocational colleges， lack of students， imperfect teachers， overall quality， and cognitive ability of students. These problems continue to hinder the learning and growth of students， and further hinder the healthy development of vocational education. This article takes the status quo of secondary vocational education as the starting point， and proposes solutions to the problems arising from the status quo of secondary vocational education.

1 中職教育的发展现状及必要性

随着我国市场经济的快速发展，对专业技术人才的需求在不断增加，为中职教育的发展带来了巨大的机遇。现如今，中职教育学校教学和管理模式相对滞后，中职教育改革力度不大，社会普遍存在“重普轻高”的现象等，影响者中职教育的生存和发展。

1.1 中职教育的发展现状

我国近代的职业教育，发韧于1866年由左宗棠秦清并于1867年1月开学的福州马尾船政学堂，至今已经走过了整整140年的历史。纵观我国职业教育的发展，无论是在哪一阶段都与生产劳动相结合，有着较强的实用价值，职业教育为服务社会为准备。现在随着我国市场经济的快速发展，对技能型人才提出了更大的需求，为中职学校的发展提供了很大的机遇。……
