摘 要：柳州铁道职业技术学院是入选广西“双高建设”的高职院校，铁道车辆专业是本校重点专业。在学校大力推进双高建设的过程中，积极开展专业人才培养模式、课程体系、创新教师队伍等方面的建设。其中，课程体系建设是双高建设的根本和基础，是深化职业院校教育改革的重要方向，本文对铁道车辆专业课程体系建设进行了有意义的研究和探索。

Research and Practice on the Construction of Railway Vehicle Professional Course System under the Background of Double High Construction

——Take Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example

Abstract：Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College is a higher vocational college selected for the "Double High Construction" in Guangxi. The major of railway vehicles is the key major of this school. The school vigorously promotes the construction of double high， and actively carries out the construction of professional talent training model， curriculum system， and innovative teaching team. Among them， the construction of the curriculum system is the foundation of the double-high construction and an important direction for deepening the education reform of vocational colleges. This article has carried out meaningful research and exploration on the construction of the railway vehicle professional curriculum system.

1 引言

隨着我国经济不断发展，产业升级和经济结构调整加快，各行业对技术性人才需求越来越迫切，职业教育的重要地位和作用越来越凸显。2019年国务院发布《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，文中明确提出：将职业教育摆在教育改革和经济社会发展中更突出的位置，服务建设现代化经济体系和实现更高质量更充分就业需要，完善职业教育体系和培训体系。各高职院校按照教育部双高建设文件要求，积极开展专业人才培养模式、课程体系、创新教师队伍等方面的建设，其中，课程体系建设是双高建设的根本和基础，是深化职业院校教育改革的重要方向。

柳州铁道职业技术学院是入选广西“双高建设”的高职院校，铁道车辆专业是本校重点专业。在学校大力推进双高建设的过程中，积极探索满足企业要求的人才培养模式，重点开展基于工业现场、教学资源库和现代信息化手段的三位一体的课程体系建设，同时加强创新师资团队建设，不断创新教学方法和提高教学质量，为把本专业建设成区级重点专业而努力。……
