摘  要：以新建地方应用型本科院校为研究对象，以传承地方文化为前提，本研究分析新建地方应用型本科院校校园文化育人建设理念，通过问卷调查，总结新建地方应用型本科院校校园文化育人成效、主要问题，并针对性地提出解决对策，为建成和谐校园文化、提高学生思想政治水平、实现学校的育人目标提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract： Taking the newly-built local applied undergraduate colleges as the research object and inheriting the local culture as the premise， this article analyzes the concept of the construction of campus culture in the newly built local applied undergraduate colleges， summarizes the campus culture of the newly built local applied undergraduate colleges through a questionnaire， makes a survey about effectiveness of educating people， main problems， and puts forward specific solutions to provide reference and reference for building a harmonious campus culture， improving students' ideological and political level， and realizing the school's education goals.

新建地方應用型本科院校是高等教育大众化发展的产物，地方应用型本科高校主要是以服务地方经济和社会发展为己任，主要以培养高素质应用型人才为目标。同时地方高校承担着传承地方优秀传统文化的重任[1]。高校的校园文化对学生的思想道德、价值选择、行为方式产生日益深刻的影响。因此，积极开展新建地方应用型本科院校校园文化育人研究，探索以培养应用型人才为目标的校园文化育人的有效路径，是培养适应区域经济社会发展需要的高素质应用型人才的必然要求。

一、基于传承地方文化，应用型本科院校校园文化育人的功能

（一）突出传承地方文化功能

目前，高等院校不仅承担着教书育人的职能，同时也是重要的学术研究组织，因此，高等院校要承担起文化传承的功能[2]，要从校园文化的塑造入手，凝练校园文化中培养的办学特色，有效传承地方文化，传递地方文化的思想、价值和行为方式，深度发掘地方文化精髓，将其与人才培养有机结合，实现应用型人才培养的目标。……
