摘  要：基于企业流程变革与业务创新双轮驱动邮政业务与管理课程教学改革。实际教学中，课程团队持续探索推动“场景化”教学，以提高学生的实际感知与知识理解能力。新冠肺炎疫情背景下，任课教师在“双驱动”+“场景化”教改模式下，采取三种主要手段来提升网课质量，一是任务驱动，打造趣味性课堂;二是理论与实践结合，授课内容直观落地;三是课程思政与疫情防控相结合。基于此，实现邮政业务与管理课程教学改革与网络教学互为促进，从而确保线上教学质量。

Abstract： Based on the dual wheels of enterprise process reform and business innovation， the curriculum teaching reform of Postal Business and Management is driven. In the actual teaching， the course team continues to explore and promote the "scene-oriented" teaching， so as to improve the students' actual perception and knowledge understanding ability. In the context of COVID-19 epidemic， teachers adopt three main means in the "double drive" and "scene" teaching reform mode to improve the quality of online courses. First， it is task-driven to create interesting classes; second， it is combination of theory and practice with intuitive teaching content; the third， it is the combination of ideological and administration and epidemic prevention and control. Based on this， the curriculum teaching reform and network teaching of Postal Business and Management are realized， so as to ensure the quality of online teaching.

一、課程发展历程与网络授课组织

（一）根植邮政沃土，开办历史悠久

本校邮政业务与管理课程开设于1984年，2003年被河北省教育厅评为省级精品课程，2007年申报成为国家级精品课程，2013年申报成为国家级精品资源共享课程。同时，本课程也是学院中央财政支持专业邮政通信管理专业的核心课程。2016年本课程被学院确定为学院精品在线开放课程，已在石邮学堂和智慧职教云平台开课，持续探索线上线下教学模式改革（见图1）。

邮政业务与管理课程是邮政经营与管理体系的重要组成部分，是一门实践性和应用性较强的课程，是从事邮政生产经营工作基础的课程，也是为全院邮政类专业学生开设的一门必修专业课[1]。多年来，该课程根植邮政沃土，开办历史悠久，紧跟企业变化，资源积累深厚，铸就优质课程品牌。……
