摘  要：一流课程的开发、建设、教学、管理和评价水平是衡量一所高校人才培养质量的重要标志。文章以南京理工大学车辆工程专业人才培养为例，为解决学生工程创新能力、工程实践能力、科研创新能力和课程思政能力亟待增强等问题，开展了科教融合教学模式、产学合作多方协同育人教学模式、项目引导式实践教学和融入思政元素、铸魂育人的一流课程汽车电器与电子学的建设探索与实践，并取得了显著成效。

Abstract： The level of development， construction， teaching， management and evaluation for first-class course is an important symbol to measure the quality of personnel training in a university. In order to solve the problems that the students' engineering innovation ability， engineering practice ability， scientific research innovation ability and curriculum ideological and political integration need to be strengthened， the construction exploration and practice of the first-class course for automobile electric appliance and electronicsare carried out， which includes that science and education integration teaching mode， industry university cooperation multi-party collaborative education teaching mode， project guided practice teaching and the integration of ideological and political elements and the course. The teaching effect is improved.

立德樹人是高校的立身之本，人才培养质量是高等教育的生命线。课程是人才培养的核心要素，课程质量直接决定人才培养质量。2019年10月，教育部印发《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》（教高〔2019〕8号文件），指出要全面开展一流本科课程建设，树立课程建设新理念，推进课程改革创新，完善以质量为导向的课程建设激励机制。淘汰“水课”、打造“金课”，建设一流本科课程是提高人才培养质量的核心。一流课程的开发、建设、教学、管理和评价水平是衡量一所高校人才培养质量的重要标志。

高水平车辆工程领域人才的匮乏是制约我国汽车行业自主创新能力提升的重要因素。高端汽车装备制造业是国家战略性新兴产业的重要内容，当今世界汽车装备制造产业正处于技术大变革、产业大调整时代。……
