摘  要：“双一流”建设背景下，面对国家经济社会发展的现实需求，学校一流学科建设需要符合学科自身发展的内在要求，高校重塑学科生态体系成为必然选择。当前，学科调整的功利性、学科交叉融合不深入、学科治理能力不够强等问题，影响了学科生态体系重塑进程。高校应从加强顶层设计，优化学科结构布局;强化方向凝练，明确重点发展方向;搭平台强抓手，促进学科交叉融合;完善管理机制，激发学科内生动力等方面发力，以一流学科建设引领健全学科生态体系，带动学校整体发展。

Abstract： Under the background of "double first-class" construction， facing the realistic demand of national economic and social development， the need of first-class discipline construction and the internal demand of discipline development， it is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to remold the discipline ecosystem. At present， the problems such as the utilitarianism of subject adjustment， the lack of interdisciplinary integration and the insufficient ability of subject governance have affected the process of the remolding the discipline ecosystem. Therefore， universities should make efforts from the following aspects： to strengthen the top-level design and optimize the layout of discipline structure; reinforce the direction concise and clear key development direction; strengthen the grip on the platform to promote interdisciplinary integration; improve the management mechanism and stimulate the inner motivation of the discipline. Then the discipline ecosystem will be improved with the first-class discipline construction， so as to drive the overall development of the school.

学科生态体系是指高校学科体系中的每一个学科都找到其确定的位置，并在此位置上能发挥比较优势和竞争力[1]，各类学科之间形成结构协调、互为支撑、健康发展的有机整体。以生态学的视角和观点看待学科结构、学科体系问题，就要用系统思维方式，从全局、整体、长期的角度来审视和处理学科与学科之间、学科与环境之间的关系[2]。所谓重塑学科生态体系，就是对学科结构、体系进行调整优化，对学科生态环境和生态体系的重新塑造，从而维护学科生态关系，构建优良学科生态系统，促进各类学科之间协调发展。

“双一流”建设背景下，如何重塑学科生态体系，协调处理好各类学科之间的关系，是每一所“双一流”建设高校必须认真思考和面对的重大战略问题。……
