摘  要：当前，国内众多公安院校大力推进对外交流与合作，与国外警察教育培训机构和警察学院建立了广泛的校际合作关系，越来越多的警校生赴外留学或进行短期访学研修。由于跨文化差异警校生在日常生活和学习中经常遭受文化冲击。文章立足警校生这个特殊身份和视角，以南京森林警察学院赴外留学生为调查对象，以开放性访谈和问卷调查等方法开展动态研究，了解他们在外生活和学习过程中经历的文化冲击，分析其产生原因并提出警校赴外留学生跨文化适应的对策，以期为更多警校留学生跨文化交流提供有益参考。

Abstract： At present， many domestic police universities and colleges vigorously promote foreign exchanges and cooperation， and have established extensive inter-school cooperation relationships with foreign police education and training institutions and police colleges. More and more police students go abroad to judicial institutions and police colleges for short-term visit or study. Due to cross-cultural differences， these international students in police colleges are often affected by cultural shocks in daily life and learning. The article， from the perspective of police college students， takes the students from Nanjing Forest Police College as the survey object， conducts dynamic research using interviews and questionnaires， understands the cultural shocks they experience in their life and learning process abroad， analyzes the causes， and proposes the countermeasures for cross-cultural adaption for international Chinese students in police colleges， aiming to provide much insights to international Chinese students' cross-cultural communication in police colleges.

在推進公安教育现代化建设和国际交流的浪潮中，国内众多公安院校加快推进国际化办学进程，加强对外交流的广度和深度，与国外警察教育培训机构和警察学院建立了广泛的校际合作关系，越来越多的警校生得以赴加拿大、澳大利亚、德国、韩国等国家留学或进行短期访学。警校生赴外留学时，每天都有跨文化交流，他们既体验到紧张和兴奋，在日常生活和学习中却也不断遭遇文化冲击。文化冲击是跨文化适应的一个特定阶段，这个阶段的影响力足以改变一个人的认知结构和心理特点。学生不知道以何种格式和措辞给老师写电子邮件，如何在超市购物结账、如何在餐厅付小费、孤独和思乡情绪萦绕，这些跨文化能力的不足和负面情绪影响了留学生在英语国家的心理适应和融合。……
