摘  要：江苏省经济社会的高速发展主要是依靠科技发展和人才培养的大力支撑。高校的专业布局和学科建设是提高高校人才培养的关键因素，专业布局和特征代表了高校核心竞争力的总体实力，也是高校专业、课程以及师资建设的重要依托。面对经济的转型升级及其相应的人才需求变化，本科专业布局依然存在尚待改进的方面。研究江苏12所省属高水平大学的专业布局及其特征具有一定的代表性和重要的理论意义、现实意义。

Abstract： The rapid economic and social development of Jiangsu Province mainly relies on the strong support of scientific and technological development and talent training. Professional layout and discipline construction in universities is a key factor to improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities， and the overall strength of the professional layout and features represents the core competitiveness of colleges and universities and an important basis for professional colleges， courses and teachers construction. In the face of economic transformation and upgrading and its corresponding talent demand changes， the layout of undergraduate majors still needs to be improved. Researching the professional layout and characteristics of 12 high-level universities in Jiangsu Province has a certain representative and important theoretical and practical significance.

当今社会是知识经济的社会，知识就是力量。经济社会的高速发展主要是依靠科技发展和人才培养的大力支撑，有资料显示，人力资本对经济的贡献率达到42%，教育对人力资本的影响最为显著。高校的专业布局和学科建设是提高高校核心竞争力的关键因素，专业布局和特征代表了高校核心竞争力的总体实力，大学本科的专业布局和特征是提高核心竞争力的基础。每个高校的专业布局都可以反映出高校的特点和优势，根据专业布局，各位莘莘学子能够清晰地看到高校之间以及学科之间的差异，通过专业布局的特点，能够提升学术研究能力和人才培养能力，促進高校成为高品质的专业人才培养基地[1]。专业布局的特点不仅关系着高校办学质量的发展前景，更是影响着江苏省人才培养、社会经济发展、社会发展。……
