摘要：通过对苏州市商品条码应用现状的分析，汇总商品条码应用过程中存在的问题与难点，给出提升商品条码应用水平的建议，从而更好地规范商品条码应用行为，加强商品条码质量把控，提高市场信息化水平，确保产品在供应链上顺利流通。

Brief Analysis of the Application Status of Commodity Barcodes in Suzhou

Abstract： Through the analysis of the current status of the application of commodity barcodes in Suzhou， the problems and difficulties in the application of commodity barcodes are summarized， and suggestions for improving the application level of commodity barcodes are given， so as to better regulate the application behavior of commodity barcodes， strengthen the quality control of commodity barcodes，improve the level of market informatization and ensure the smooth circulation of products in the supply chain.

1 引言

商品条码是商品流通的“身份证”和进出口的“通行证”，因其快速、准确、成本低、可靠性高等特点，已融入到国民经济各行各业和人民日常生活中。自20世纪80年代我国加入国际物品编码组织（GS1）以来，GS1标准体系已经在我国商业零售、加工制造、物流配送、电子商务、供应链管理以及安全追溯等领域得到了广泛应用。

苏州是江苏省商品条码系统成员大市，企业注册数和使用范围居全省第一。目前苏州大市范围内商品条码系统成员保有量超5000家，其中大体分布为：市辖区占比55%;常熟占比12%;张家港占比10%;昆山占比15%;太仓占比8%。在销售领域95%以上的商场超市使用商品条码作为自动识别销售结算手段。因此，商品条码的应用直接影响企业的产品流通及市场竞争力，也直接影响民生领域商品的形象和消费者的购买体验。

2 苏州商品条码应用现状

2020年度江苏省苏州质量技术监督条码印制质量检验站开展了苏州市商品条码监督抽查任务，监督抽查范围覆盖生产和流通领域，区域覆盖吴江区、吴中区、相城区、姑苏区、工业园区和高新区各区域城板块。……
