摘要：江苏是高端纺织产业的强省，论文通过分析江苏高端纺织集群产业发展现状与标准化发展现状，提出江苏高端纺织集群标准化发展的策略，推动江苏高端纺织集群向产业链高端迈进。

The Research on the Current  Situation of Standardization and Development Strategy of High-end Textile Cluster in Jiangsu

Abstract： Jiangsu is a province which has a  strong high-end textile industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development and standardization of the high-end textile cluster industry in Jiangsu Province， this paper puts forward the strategy of the standardization development of the high-end textile cluster in Jiangsu Province， so as to promote the high-end textile cluster in Jiangsu Province to advance to the high end of the industrial chain.

1高端纺织集群标准化建设的意义

党的十九大报告明确提出，要促进我国产业迈向全球价值链中高端，培育若干世界级先进制造业集群。2018年，江苏省人民政府印发了《省政府关于加快培育先进制造业集群的指导意见》（苏政发〔2018〕86号），重点培育包括高端纺织在内的13个先进制造业集群，到2025年高端纺织集群规模超1.5万亿元，具有全球创新引领能力，综合影响力达到世界一流水平，努力推动新时代江苏高质量发展走在全国前列。

标准决定质量，有什么样的标准就有什么样的质量，只有高标准才有高质量。标准化已成为我国的重要发展战略之一，是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要支撑，对于企业乃至产业集群增强市场竞争力，提高产品质量，促进技术进步，实施科学化管理，提高经济效益以及国际贸易流通都具有极其重要的作用。开展江苏高端纺织集群标准化建设，是促进江苏制造向江苏创造转变、江苏速度向江苏质量转变、江苏产品向江苏品牌转变的重要环节。
