摘要：在竞争日益激烈的市场环境下，全球经济发展迅速，而企业要想在这一背景下在市场中占据一席之地，就要不断提升自身企业的管理质量和水平，并且提高产品的质量，进而获得更多客户的满意。而企业要想实现提高产品质量这一目标，就要采取标准化管理措施，采用不同形式的方法对企业标准化管理进行强化，以便实现企业高质量标准化管理。论文对企业标准化管理的意义进行了阐述，提出了当前一些企业标准化管理中存在的问题，并提出了相关应对措施，以为相关工作者提供帮助。

Problems and Countermeasures in Enterprise Standardization Management

Abstract： In the increasingly competitive market environment， the rapid development of the global economy， and enterprises want to occupy a place in the market under this background， then it is necessary to constantly improve their own enterprise management quality and level， and improve the quality of products， and then get more customer satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of improving product quality， enterprises should take standardized management measures and adopt different forms of methods to strengthen enterprise standard management， so as to achieve high quality standard management of enterprises. This paper first describes the significance of enterprise standard management， and then puts forward some problems existing in the current enterprise standard management， and puts forward relevant countermeasures， so as to provide a bit of help for related workers.

就當前实际情况而言，标准化管理早已经渗透到了我国各个领域之中。对于企业来说，不管是提升企业的生产技术、优化产品质量，还是降低企业成本，提升经济效益等，都需要一套标准化的管理方式进行管理。因此，在如今的市场经济体制下，企业进步的标志之一就是对自身管理形式的完善与标准化，这也是各个企业当下最重要的工作内容。但就现阶段我国各个大、中、小型企业的实际情况而言，在对标准化管理进行完善的过程中还有一些相对比较落后的现象，不仅是管理制度落后，一些管理理念也比较落后，标准化管理体系还存在一系列的弊端[1]。以此为基础，如何才能通过标准化管理将企业工作效果达到理想值，这是一项值得相关人员进一步思考的问题。
