摘要：大数据时代的高校图书馆采编人员需要业务转型，以提高图书馆文献资源建设质量。文章从采编业务外包发展趋势、纸质图书经费和借阅率下降趋势、传统采编数据不能满足新时代读者需求等方面分析了采编人员业务转型的必要性，并提出采访及编目岗位合并、拓展并优化电子资源编目、提升学科资源服务、提升采编人员业务素质等策略，以提高并完善采编人员的工作水平和服务质量，最大限度地满足大数据时代读者的文献需求。

Discussion on Business Transformation of Acquisition and Cataloging Personnel of Libraries of Colleges and Universities in Big Data Era - Taking the Library of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example

Abstract： In the era of big data， it is necessary for acquisition and cataloging of libraries of colleges and universities personnel to conduct business transformation， in order to improve the quality of library document resource construction. This article analyzed the necessity of the business transformation of acquisition and cataloging of libraries of colleges and universities personnel from the perspectives of development trend of acquisition and cataloging business outsourcing， the declining trend of paper book funds and borrowing rate， and the failure of traditional data acquisition and cataloging data to meet the needs of readers in the new era， and put forward corresponding transformation strategies of consolidation of interview and cataloging positions， expansion and optimization of electronic resource cataloging， improvement of subject resource services， and improvement of the professional quality of acquisition and cataloging personnel， so as to raise and improve the work level and service quality of acquisition and cataloging personnel， to meet the literature needs of readers in big data era to the maximum extent.

图书采编工作是高校图书馆业务工作中专业性较强的一项基础工作，对图书馆资源建设及其利用有直接影响。在大数据时代，处理数据的能力不断增强，数据整合形式愈发显著，大数据应用领域不断扩展，促进了各行各业的发展与变革[1-2]。高校图书馆作为高校文化信息中心，特别是担负着图书馆专业书目数据建设的采编工作人员，必须面对业务工作转型或角色转变的发展现状。

1  高校图书馆采编人员业务转型的必要性

大数据环境下，图书馆的采访资源类型、采访平台、采编业务数据等方面发生了巨大的变化，图书馆采编人员需适应大数据时代带来的发展变化，工作重心须转移、角色需转变。……
