摘要：作为高等中医药院校文化建设阵地，图书馆承担着中医药文化传承的重要使命，环境文化建设是图书馆实现文化育人的重要手段之一。本文从物理空间、網络空间、精神空间方面介绍了黑龙江中医药大学图书馆环境文化建设的具体情况，指出图书馆环境文化建设要有明确的建设目标，深刻的文化内涵，持久的建设规划，从而促进图书馆文化育人功能的进一步实现。

Research on Practice of Construction of Environmental Culture of Libraries of TCM Colleges and Universities from Perspective of Cultural Education - Taking the Library of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

Abstract： As the cultural construction position of TCM colleges and universities， libraries undertake the important mission of TCM culture inheritance， and construction of environmental culture is one of the important means for libraries to realize cultural education. This article introduced the specific situation of construction of environmental culture of Library of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from the aspects of physical space， cyber space， and spiritual space， and pointed out that the construction of environmental culture of libraries must have clear construction goals， profound cultural connotations， and lasting construction planning， so as to promote the further realization of cultural education functions of libraries.

2016年，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“要更加注重以文化人、以文育人，广泛开展文明校园创建，开展形式多样、健康向上、格调高雅的校园文化活动，广泛开展各类社会实践。”[1]这为高校文化育人功能的实现指明了方向。所谓文化育人，就是以文化人，即遵循思想政治教育规律和大学生成长规律，以文化价值渗透的方式，将先进文化渗透到人的灵魂深处，内化于心，外化于行，从而实现文而化之的目的，促进全面发展[2]。

高校图书馆作为高校文化育人的重要基地，其环境文化是高校校园文化的深层次结构内涵之一。图书馆开展物理环境、网络环境、精神环境的文化建设，营造特色鲜明、内涵深刻的环境文化氛围，充分展示学校办学理念、文化底蕴，让大学生置身图书馆时，感受浓厚的泛在文化氛围，在潜移默化中实现对大学生的文化教育目的。……
