摘要：混合式教学模式增强了师生之间的互动性，突破传统教学时空限制，充分发挥了教师主导，学生自主学习的特点，提高了学生的学习兴趣。实践结果表明，基于混合式教学的专业教学资源建设可以有效地解决传统专业教学资源建设的面临着的障碍和制约因素，集合学生、教师、学校、企业等多方力量，达到以专业技能教育为主，课程资源类型丰富多样，增强互动性的目的，更好地服务于高等职业技术院校的专业教学。

Research and Practice on the Construction of Professional Teaching Resources Based on Blended Teaching

Abstract： The mixed teaching mode enhances the interaction between teachers and students， breaks through the space-time limitation of traditional teaching， gives full play to the characteristics of teachers' leading and students' autonomous learning， and improves students' interest in learning. The practical results show that the construction of professional teaching resources based on hybrid teaching can effectively solve the obstacles and constraints faced by the construction of traditional professional teaching resources， and integrate the strength of students， teachers， schools， enterprises， etc. to achieve the purpose of professional skills education， rich and diverse types of curriculum resources， and enhance the interaction， so as to better serve the higher vocational and technical education Professional teaching in Colleges and Universities.

1混合式教学当前状况

随着“互联网+”时代的到来，尤其是突如其来的新冠疫情，混合式教学成为未来教学的一种重要方式。混合式教学混合了“面对面教学”、“网络学习”与“实践”三种方式，采取基于移动通信设备、网络学习环境与课堂讨论相结合的教学情境，可以突破传统教学时空限制，充分发挥以教师作主导，学生自由选择、自主学习的特点，从而达到降低学习成本，提高学习效益的目的。

在各国政府大力倡导下，在2010年前后，欧美部分高等院校走在了尝试混合式教学改革前列。例如，2011年美国政府设立一项NGLC（Next Generation Learning Challenges，下一代学习挑战）基金来鼓励学校发展混合式教学。其中，美国高校联盟20所高校加入了此项目。2011年全球有190多个国家超过16万人注册学习了斯坦福大学教授的《人工智能导论》课程，最后完成课程学习的人数为2.3万人。……
