【摘  要】随着市场经济发展的不断深入，现代企业面临的市场竞争日趋白热化，如何实现对自身资源、能力的优化配置利用，以在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利位置，已然转变成企业发展中所需解决的一项重要问题。而企业的一系列行为均应当围绕创造经济效益展开，唯有开展好经济管理工作，方可实现企业的可持续发展。论文基于目标管理视角，首先阐述了目标管理的特征，其次分析了企业经济管理应用目标管理的必要性，最后论述了目标管理视角下企业经济管理创新，以期为相关人员研究提供一些参考。

【Abstract】With the deepening of the development of market economy， modern enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. How to realize the optimal allocation and utilization of their own resources and capabilities， so as to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition， has become an important problem to be solved in the development of enterprises. A series of behaviors of enterprises should focus on creating economic benefits. Only by carrying out good economic management can the sustainable development of enterprises be realized. Based on the perspective of management by objectives， this paper firstly expounds the characteristics of management by objectives， then analyzes the necessity of the application of management by objectives in enterprise economic management， and finally discusses the innovation of enterprise economic management from the perspective of management by objectives， so as to provide some references for the research of relevant personnel.

1 引言

近年来，随着我国社会经济的迅速发展及企业的不断进步，目标管理作为一项有效的企业管理方法，在企业发展中起到了至关重要的作用。目标管理是建立在人的积极性、能力基础上的，企业各级管理人员对下属人员的管理，并非单纯地通过行政命令要求他们去做，而是借助激励理论，引导员工建立工作目标，自主开展自我调控，积极采取措施完成目标，自动开展自我评价[1]。在现代企业发展中，目标管理可充分地为企业发展注入活力。基于目标管理的企业经济管理是现阶段所推行的一种重要的管理手段，以此可有效激发员工的潜能，提升员工的效率，以促进企业总体目标的达成。
