【摘  要】光伏智能设备产业以新的现代智能半导体技术和新的下一代能源需求为基础，成为快速发展的新兴朝阳产业，也是今后几年推动世界先进光伏产业走向市场竞争的重要战略高地。当代我国光伏产业重点发展智能生产工艺及创新应用推广效率，加快产业强化整合，培育新一代优势智能产品，开发新技术，实现新兴产业快速发展，实现光伏智能产业技术创新驱动及持续稳定发展。

【Abstract】Based on the new modern intelligent semiconductor technology and the new next-generation energy demand， the photovoltaic intelligent equipment industry has become a rapidly developing emerging sunrise industry， and also an important strategic highland to promote the world's advanced photovoltaic industry to market competition in the next few years. Contemporary China's photovoltaic industry focuses on the development of intelligent production process and innovative application of promotion efficiency， accelerates the industry to strengthen integration， cultivates a new generation of superior intelligent products， develops new technology， to achieve rapid development of emerging industries and photovoltaic intelligent industry technology innovation drive and sustainable and stable development.

1 引言

全面研究和贯彻党的十九大报告精神，以习近平新时代中国特色优秀社会主义政治思想建设为理论指导，坚定不移地确立和贯彻新的发展战略理念，深入贯彻推进光伏供给侧领域结构优化改革。其战略目标是加快我国智能光伏产业综合生态系统建设。以市场经济为主导，加强政府政策引导，推进科技创新融合，产用协调融合，产业合作对策，分步融合推进，加快优化，促进光伏产业发展，推动智能光伏制造应用水平。

2 加快智能产业装备技术创新，提高企业智能装备制造水平

2.1 大力推进光电基础工程材料企业生产过程智能化升级

支持产业多晶硅安全生产、收获、运输、破碎、分类、包装等各个方面的远程机械化及远程自动化、特定物质和有害物质的自动排放、特定危险源的信息自动检测和远程监控、安全工业生产的信息全方位远程监控，并建立全国多晶硅安全生产环节在线安全应急管理中心联动监控系统。……
