【摘    要】对小学生进行劳动与技术教育，能够在夯实小学生理论基础的情况下，提升其劳动实践技能，实现学生良好劳动习惯的形成。在综合实践活动课程框架下，想要提升劳动与技术教育的效率，教师就要为学生创设更多样化的劳动环境，培养学生的独立自主意识和团队协作意识，有秩序地完成劳动与技术教育项目，以此来促进学生核心素养的全面发展。

【Abstract】Labor and technical education for elementary school students can improve their labor practice skills and realize the formation of students' good labor habits while consolidating the theoretical foundation of elementary school students. Under the framework of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum， if you want to improve the efficiency of labor and technical education， teachers must create a more diversified working environment for students， cultivate students' sense of independence and teamwork， and complete labor and technical education in an orderly manner. Projects to promote the overall development of students core literacy.

劳动与技术教育是以学生获得积极劳动体验、形成良好技术素养为主的课程。随着新课程改革目标的深化和具体落实，小学劳动与技术教育的发展不仅仅局限在劳技课堂中。在综合实践活动课程的框架下，小学生劳动与技术不仅打破了以往劳动与技术传统教学理念的束缚，同时也为劳动与技术课程注入了新的活力。基于此，在综合实践活动中，要求教师能够有效提升对劳动技术教育的重视，落实探究性学习的同时培养学生劳动技术的综合能力，促进学生核心素养的全面发展，从而让学生更有好地认识生活和改造生活，让生活更加美好。

一、小学劳动与技术教育现状分析

（一）学生的地位未得到突出

以往的小学教育中，劳动与技术教育是单独存在的，是小学生必须学习的课程，地位非常关键。但是随着新课改的逐渐深入，劳动与技术教育更有效地突出了课程的实践性和综合性，同时也为学生提供了更为广阔且独立的劳动技术空间。……
