【摘    要】开展小学低年级数学教学时，教师不仅要为学生传递大量的理论知识，同时还应注重学生的计算能力培养，以便夯实学生的数学基础，潜移默化地提升学生的数学水平。基于此，本文就探究农村小学低年级数学计算能力的养成措施，并结合这一问题进行了以下阐述。

【Abstract】When developing mathematics teaching in the lower grades of elementary school， teachers should not only pass on a large amount of theoretical knowledge to students， but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' calculation ability in order to consolidate students' mathematical foundation and subtly improve students' mathematical level. Based on this， this article explores the measures to develop the mathematics calculation ability of the lower grades of rural primary schools， and combines this issue with the following elaboration.

数学是一门集抽象与严谨于一身的学科，与我们生活息息相关。在解决数学问题的过程中，最为基础且最重要的便是计算。人类生活进步的发展，过程中离不开相关的数学计算，数学教材当中绝大多数内容都是以计算为基础的。强化学生的数学计算能力，有助于唤醒学生的学习意识。但现如今，受传统教学观念的冲击，学生的数学计算能力每况愈下，为此，这便需要教师采取多元化的教学方式，结合教学内容，营造温馨活跃的教学氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的学习积极性，进而提升个人的数学能力。

一、当前农村小学低年级数学计算存在的具体问题

一方面，大部分学生家长文化素质较为低下，无法有效地督导学生的家庭作业，更无法体现辅导的作用，致使学生的计算达不到预期的效果。另一方面，大部分农村学生在幼儿时期并未接触到幼儿教育，对于数学计算认知薄弱。最后，受地域因素的影响，农村小学生往往意志力不坚定，较容易受到外界环境的影响，自控能力较差，在课堂上经常会出现溜号、聊天等现象，间接性影响教学效率的提升。……
