教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up

1. Greetings  2. A song.“Sports Day”. 3. The Evaluation mechanism and the title.

【设计思路】：精选与运动有关的歌曲，引出sports。以跑道为竞赛背景，紧扣课题Sports Day。

Step 2  Revision

1.Review some phrases.  2. A free talk about “Sports Day.”   3.Lead in the title.

【設计思路】：气泡游戏复习短语; 教师示范后学生代表自由选择运动服装、食物、物品等。每说完一个触发消失，希沃课件增加趣味性及自主选择性。

Step 3 Presentation

1.Talk about the picture of the test.

2.Listen，find out “What are they doing？” Practise the answers.  3. Teach “busy”.

【设计思路】：运动会进行曲和用课文情境图引出It's Sports Day;学生初识课文，简单理出Lily和Sally正在做的事;学生表演Lily is shouting;教师提出观点：Sally is very busy taking photos for her classmates.

Step 4  Practise

1.Talk about“What is Peter / Julia / Yang Ming doing？”

Accoding to the answers， teach the new phrases.

【设计思路】：以Sally拍照为线索，调整人物顺序分步教学;让学生在真实语境中运用“be proud of”;利用研学中“自己洗碗”的视频体会try to do well。利用名句：We should try our best to do everything .做情感渗透教学; 教学“falling down”时请学生注意语气，表演出同理心：“Oh，no， he is falling down”等，穿插名曲“London Bridge is falling down”;游戏 “The apples are falling down.” 起到承前启后的作用; 这个步骤的语音教学利用了拼读对比法，让学生自主通过旧单词迁移到新单词的拼读。

Step 5  Consolidation

1.Find the new-learn points .

2. Match and chant.

3. Listen and repeat.

4.  A  game “Say aloud.”

5. P39  A short passages.

【设计思路】：引导学生用自主寻读法寻找be doing sth.这个结构，再利用match 连接Sb. is v～ing sth. 巩固课文句子。引导学生把重要短语和句子连接成一个chant，学生边按三拍子拍打桌子边说，活跃课堂气氛;听音跟读课文之后用图文展播游戏巩固课文句子，提高语言流利度;让学生使用划重点的阅读技巧练习P39 页的短文，提出对比的时态“过去时”。

Step 6  Extension

1.A story：“Animals Sports Day”

2.Some photos about our schools Sports Day. Some exercises about it.

3.What do we learn today？  Who is the winner today？

【设计思路】：精选关于运动的短视频做“Sports Day”的话题拓展. 并用选词填空等希沃课堂活动考察学生的简单理解;让学生选出Success belongs to the persevering.这个相关理念;利用教师“趣味运动会”和校学生运动会这些真实的例子做背景，让学生选一选、写一写，最后由学生代表展示写作。

Step 7  Homework.

1. Recite the text.  2.Exercise book U5.  3. Describe a PE class.
