【摘  要】具备较强阅读能力的学生，能够在短时间内理解新事物，促进个人学习能力的整体提升。新课程改革背景下，培育学生核心素养的呼声日益强烈。教师应在核心素养理念的指引下引导学生通过阅读巩固所学，并形成与社会发展趋势相适应的思维品质。本文从培育学生识字及阅读技巧、语言表达能力、思维能力、文化感受能力的角度出发，探究利用阅读教学培养小学生核心素养，提升其阅读能力的有效方式，为教师提供有效的教学建议。

A Study on the Cultivation of Primary School Pupils' Reading Ability under the Core Accomplishment

【Abstract】Students with strong reading ability can understand new things in a short time and promote the overall improvement of personal learning ability. In the context of the new curriculum reform， the call for cultivating students' core literacy has become increasingly strong. Teachers should guide students to consolidate what they have learned through reading under the guidance of core literacy concepts， and form thinking qualities that are compatible with social development trends. From the perspective of cultivating students' literacy and reading skills， language expression ability， thinking ability， and cultural perception ability， this article explores the effective ways of using reading teaching to cultivate primary school students' core literacy and improve their reading ability， and provide teachers with effective teaching suggestions.

培育小学生的学科核心素养是新时代对语文学科教学的要求，阅读是学生陶冶情操、提升个人人文素养的主要途径。当前，小学语文阅读教学方式处于优化过程中，教师越来越注重学生能力的发展，而非局限于对阅读教学内容的拓展。随着核心素养理念在阅读教学中的渗透，学生的阅读能力将逐渐提升，从而带动其他学科能力的发展。

一、通过培育识字、阅读技巧，促进学生阅读能力的提升

当前，小学语文阅读教学内容丰富、形式多样，教师可根据不同学生的学习特征培育他们的理解能力，从而促进学生阅读能力的整体提升。培育学生阅读理解力的活动可被分为两个层次，一是以感知、鉴赏、理解为主的阅读活动，二是小学生在个人兴趣、意志、情感的支撑下进行的阅读活动。小学生识字数量不足，在阅读中经常出现由于识字难题而导致的理解困难。……
