摘  要：探究分析药房创新管理与药学服务质量的相关性。选取我院在2019年3月—2020年3月接受治疗的用药患者88例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组44例，观察组采用强化的创新药房管理方式，对照组采用常规药房管理方式进行处理，6个月后与干预前对比分析两组药房管理方式的差错率。通过对两组数据分析比较，88例用药患者使用不同的药房管理方式后，观察组患者的服务满意度97.73%，与对照组的服务满意度81.81%相比明显较高，组间数据差异显著（χ2=6.064，P=0.013），存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。强化创新药房的管理方式有效地决定了药学的服务质量，提高了药房管理的效果，所以，加强了医院的药房管就会提升药学服务质量，值得推广运用。

Study on the Correlation between Pharmacy Innovation Management and Pharmaceutical Service Quality

Abstract： To explore and analyze the correlation between pharmacy innovation management and pharmaceutical service quality. 88 cases of medication patients in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 44 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with strengthened innovative pharmacy management， while the control group was treated with conventional pharmacy management. The error rate of pharmacy management in the two groups was compared and analyzed after 6 months and before intervention. through the analysis and comparison of the two groups of data， 88 patients with different pharmacy management methods， the service satisfaction of the observation group was 97.73%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （81.81%）. The difference between the two groups was significant （x2=6.064， P=0.013），with statistical significance （P<0.05）. strengthening and innovating the management mode of pharmacy effectively determines the quality of pharmaceutical service and improves the effect of pharmacy management. Therefore， strengthening the management of hospital pharmacy will improve the quality of pharmaceutical service， which is worthy of promotion and application.

化，對中药房的管理方式进行创新，从而提供更高质量的药学服务，进而提高药房内工作人员工作效率和质量，从而提高了患者对药房管理模式的满意度。目前，采用的中药房管理模式已经跟不上时代的发展，急需对其改进和创新，即对药房采用创新型的药房管理模式，主要从药房、工作人员、药品三方面进行考虑，因此，经过研究发现采用创新药房管理的方式，可以提高药品的储存效率和质量保证，也提升了工作人员的效率和服务质量，从而可以加强医院的实力，进而提升药学服务的质量，也使得用药患者的满意度得到提高。本研究选取长春市人民医院在2019年3月—2020年3月接受治疗的用药患者88例作为研究对象，收集相关数据来分析药房创新管理与药学服务质量的相关性，从而为患者提供更高质量的服务。……
