钢铁企业高压系统直流屏蓄电池的运行维护研究

摘 要:随着电网并网规模的不断增大以及供配电设备种类的不断增多,高压系统经常出现直流屏蓄电池故障问题,严重影响了高压系统的运行性能。为了解决这一问题,更好地维护直流屏蓄电池,现以钢铁企业为例,根据蓄电池常见的运行方式,针对直流屏蓄电池存在的故障问题进行简要地分析,并从初始充电与放电工作、浮充与均充、电池容量测试与维护、设备的故障检查及问题处理4个方面入手,为实现对直流屏蓄电池运行维护提出具有建设性的建议。希望通过这次研究,为相关维修人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。

Research on the Operation and Maintenance of DC Battery in High Voltage System of Iron and Steel Enterprises

Abstract: With the increasing of power grid scale and the increasing of power supply and distribution equipment, high pressure system often dc panel battery failure problems, seriously affect the performance of the high pressure system, in order to solve this problem, to better maintain the dc screen and battery now in iron and steel enterprises, for example, according to the common battery operation mode, aiming at the existence of dc panel battery failure problems are briefly analyzed, and the initial charge and discharge work, floating and charger, battery capacity test and the maintenance, the equipment fault inspection and handling four aspects, in order to realize the dc panel battery operation maintenance put forward constructive Suggestions. It is hoped that this study can provide effective reference and reference for relevant maintenance personnel.

隨着我国科技水平的不断提高,直流屏蓄电池被广泛地应用于钢铁企业高压系统中,为进一步提升高压系统的稳定性、可靠性和安全性,满足企业用电需求发挥出重要作用。因此,为了提高直流屏蓄电池运行性能,延长直流屏蓄电池使用寿命,提高钢铁企业的生产力和市场核心竞争力,如何科学维护直流屏蓄电池是相关维修人员必须思考和解决的问题。
1 蓄电池运行方式
直流屏蓄电池的运行方式主要有两种,一种是浮充电方式,另一种是充电—放电运行方式,接下来,针对蓄电池的使用特点,对这两种运行方式进行详细介绍。
1.1 浮充电方式
直流屏系统内含有整流屏,该整流屏与蓄电池之间存在串联关系。在整流屏的作用下,不仅可以向直流合母提供相应的直流电源,还能为蓄电池提供强大的浮充电服务功能,确保蓄电池始终保持满电状态。……
