摘  要：通过梳理国内学者文献与开展问卷调查，并咨询教育专家确定出影响应用型高校学生课堂参与度的主要因素，运用ISM解释结构模型进行分析。研究发现：主观动因、专业认知与学习氛围为影响课堂参与度的直接影响因素，教学模式、教学手段、教师魅力等为间接影响因素，课程设置、教学管理与办学理念为基础层因素，并结合全面质量管理理论“人机料法环”因素法提出相关对策，力求为应用型高校教学质量的提升提供一定的理论参考。

Research on the Improvement of Students' Classroom Participation in Application Oriented Colleges and Universities Based on ISM Model

Abstract： By combing the literature of domestic scholars and conducting a questionnaire survey， and consulting education experts， this paper identifies the main factors affecting the classroom participation of application-oriented college students， and analyzes them by using ISM interpretive structure model. The results show that： subjective motivation， professional cognition and learning atmosphere are the direct influencing factors of classroom participation; teaching mode， teaching means and teachers' charm are the indirect influencing factors; curriculum setting， teaching management and school running concept are the basic factors. Combined with the comprehensive quality management theory "man-machine material method" factor method， this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures， Strive to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of teaching quality in application-oriented colleges and universities.

課堂教学是人才培养的主渠道、主阵地，也是落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节，而学生课堂参与度是评价课堂教学的重要指标。应用型高校学生和普通高校相比，有着独特的属性，如学生基础知识不牢、偏科现象较严重、学习的自觉性低等，如何提升应用型高校学生的上课积极性与课堂参与度，培养学生的学习兴趣和提升综合素质，在现实教学中显得尤为重要。因此，课题将ISM模型运用于应用型高校课堂教学质量领域，在教学模式、教学管理、教学手段等方面进行研究，找出课堂参与度主要影响因素间的关联性，创造性将全面质量管理理论“人机料法环”因素法，提出改进方法与提升路径，对应用型高校人才培养体系建设具有十分重要的意义。
