摘 要：职业技能大赛是职业院校人才培养的航标，为职业教学改革提供了有利环境。本文以中职汽车运用与维修专业的职业技能竞赛为例，在汽修专业课内容改革实践基础上进行研究，探析了中等职业技能大赛对教学改革的意义，包括引发中职教师对教学质量的反思，充分利用中职职业技能竞赛的桥梁作用，以教学内容的改革推进教学目标明确化。

Research on the Significance and Practice of Vocational Skills Contest to the Reform of Secondary Vocational Education

Abstract：Vocational skill competition is a beacon for talent training in vocational colleges and provides a favorable environment for vocational teaching reform. This article takes the vocational skill competition of the automobile application and maintenance major of secondary vocational schools as an example， conducts research on the basis of the reform practice of the professional course content of auto repair， makes full use of the bridge role of the secondary vocational vocational skill competition， and promotes the clarification of teaching goals with the reform of teaching content.

职业技能大赛已经成为发展职业教育必不可少的一项重要制度和创新产物，引发职业教育改革更注重与实践岗位需要的对接，必然成为教学改革的内在动力。在2016年教育部与中华职业教育社召开的“推进职业教育现代化”座谈会上，中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘延东指出：“改革全国职业院校技能大赛的办赛机制，加强竞赛成果的转化运用，突出大赛调动每一位学生参与的普惠性，引导学校深化教育教学改革，普遍提升人才培养的针对性和适应性。”

目前，我国的中等职业教育还处于发展阶段，学生的理论教学与实践能力培养一体化还有局限，学生的就业岗位要求与學生能力不匹配，而职业技能大赛恰好提供了一条解决此问题的途径。职业技能竞赛与职业技能培训、职业技能鉴定、业绩考核、技术革新和生产工作紧密结合。通过职业技能大赛推动中职教育教学改革，规避学生的实践能力与理论知识脱节，推动理论与实践有效结合，提高学生分析解决问题的能力，为学生今后目标性就业打下坚实的基础，从而提高中职教育教学质量。……
