摘  要：目的  评价肾康注射液治疗老年糖尿病肾病综合征的效果及对Scr、BUN指标的影响。方法  样本选取时间：2018年4月～2020年4月，研究主体：临清市人民医院收治的70例老年糖尿病肾病综合征病例样本，以随机双盲法将样本分为两组，35例入对比组给予常规治疗，35例入研究组加用肾康注射液，对比分析治疗效果。结果  研究组临床综合有效率高于对比组，差异显著（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白总量等指标差异较小（P>0.05）;治疗后，研究组Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白总量等指标明显优于对比组，差异显著（P<0.05）。研究组并发症发生率低于对比组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论  在老年糖尿病肾病综合征治疗中应用肾康注射液，有助进一步提高治疗效果，改善肾功能指标，且能够降低并发症发生率，临床应用价值可观，具有采纳价值。

Abstract： Objective  To evaluate the effect of Shenkang injection on senile diabetic nephrotic syndrome and its effect on Scr、BUN indexes. Methods  Sample interval： from April 2018 to April 2020， study subjects： A sample of 70 elderly diabetic nephrotic syndrome cases admitted to Linqing People's Hospital， 35 cases were given routine treatment in contrast group，35 cases were added to study group with Shenkang injection， and the treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results  The clinical effective rate of study group was higher than that of contrast group（P<0.05）. The difference between the two groups was small before treatment（P>0.05）; After treatment， the total amount of Scr、BUN、24 hour urine protein in the study group was significantly better than that in the contrast group（P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the contrast group， and the difference was significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion  The application of Shenkang injection in the treatment of senile diabetic nephrotic syndrome can help to further improve the therapeutic effect， improve the renal function index， and can reduce the incidence of complications. The clinical application value is considerable and has the adoption value.

糖尿病腎病是指因糖尿病引起的肾脏疾病，为糖尿病患者重要合并症之一，目前，糖尿病肾病已经成为仅次于肾小球肾炎造成终末期肾脏病的第二位原因，由于其代谢紊乱情况比较复杂，一旦进展为终末期肾脏病，治疗极为棘手，因此，及时有效治疗糖尿病肾病综合征，延缓疾病进展对患者具有重要现实意义[1]。临床发现，常规西医作为临床治疗糖尿病肾病综合征的主要方式，虽然能够获得一定治疗效果，但是，大剂量使用降糖、抗凝以及调脂等药物，会引起其他并发症，整体治疗效果不是非常理想，近年来，伴随中医药的发展，多项资料证实，采取中西医结合方式治疗糖尿病肾病综合征，有助提升治疗效果[2]。基于此，本次研究纳入70例老年糖尿病肾病综合征病例样本，采用不同用药方案治疗，对比分析治疗效果。
