摘要：运用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法，以新时期厦门体育产业为研究对象，分析其发展现状和制约其高质量发展的主要问题，找准其高质量发展定位目标，并针对主要问题给出相关建议。研究认为：厦门市体育产业总体规模扩大、市场主体日益活跃，同时体育消费升级刺激体育产业高速发展，成为培育经济新增长点的重要引擎。但在体育产业升级中存在创新创造力不足，未能形成独树一帜的特色品牌，缺少独立产业园区的问题;在体育产业服务中，存在公共服务体系限制体育市场化，场地设施服务和手续机制无法满足大型赛事活动需求，以及社会体育机构统一管理的体制尚未形成的问题。鉴于此，通过深化跨界融合发展，提升本地特色体育品牌创新力优势的同时，制定点对点的定制化扶持对厦门体育产业进行升级改造，以期促进厦门体育产业高质量发展。

Problems and Countermeasures in the High Quality Development of Xiamen Sports Industry in the New Period

Abstract：By using the methods of literature， mathematical statistics and so on， taking Xiamen Sports Industry in the new period as the research object， this paper analyzes its development status and the main problems restricting its high-quality development， finds out its high-quality development orientation goal， and gives relevant suggestions for the main problems. The results show that： the overall scale of sports industry in Xiamen is expanding， the main body of the market is increasingly active， and the upgrading of sports consumption stimulates the rapid development of sports industry， which has become an important engine to cultivate new economic growth points. However， there are some problems in the upgrading of sports industry， such as lack of innovation and creativity， failure to form a unique brand and lack of independent industrial park; In the service of sports industry， there are some problems， such as the restriction of public service system on Sports marketization， the inability of venue facilities service and procedure mechanism to meet the needs of large-scale events， and the lack of unified management system of social sports institutions. In view of this， through deepening the cross-border integration development， enhancing the innovation advantage of local characteristic sports brand， at the same time， formulating point-to-point customized support to upgrade Xiamen Sports Industry and promote the high-quality development of Xiamen sports industry.
