【摘  要】从实际情况来看，国有企业党支部是我党开展国有企业建设工作的重要组织，并且国有企业党支部还是落实党的相关政策的重要组织，其肩负着保障企业经济效益的重要职责。论文结合实际情况对国有企业党支部建设工作进行了深入研究，并对加强国有企业党支部建设工作提出几点建设性建议，以期对相关工作的开展提供一定的帮助。

【Abstract】From the actual situation， the Party branch in state-owned enterprises is an important organization for the Party to carry out the construction work of state-owned enterprises， and the Party branch in state-owned enterprises is also an important organization to implement the relevant policies of the Party， which shoulders the important responsibility of ensuring the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper studies the construction work of the Party branch in state-owned enterprises in-depth， and puts forward some constructive suggestions for strengthening the construction work of the Party branch in state-owned enterprises， so as to provide some help to the development of relevant work.

1 引言

在当今社会，党支部作为国有企业开展政治工作的核心组织，能够为党与基层组织以及群众的联系提供重要保障，为此，应不断加强国有企业的党支部建设，并以此将党的重要路线、方针、政策有效传递到基层一线，进而使党能够及时地了解人民群众的基本意愿，以此为基础对各项指导方针进行科学的修正。从实际情况来看，国有企业的党支部是党开展政治工作的基础性组织，为保证国有企业稳步发展，就需要进一步加强对国有企业党支部的建设。同时，随着时代的不断发展，传统的工作方式无法适应党的思想理论落实工作的需求，国有企业党支部的政治地位也会相应弱化。为有效解决这类问题，需要从多个角度、多种途径加强对国有企业党支部的建设，并在落实党支部建设工作的同时，充分发挥党支部书记的模范带头作用，以此使国有企业党支部建设更加标准化、规范化。……
