【摘  要】作为一种科学的人才培养模式，校企合作越来越受到重视，而且也在合作机制方面不断改革和创新，而运用CDIO理念开展校企合作，对于更有效地培养人才具有十分重要的价值，应当对此进行研究和探索，努力提升校企合作人才培养模式的有效性。论文在简要分析CDIO理念对校企合作人才培养模式的影响基础上，重点就如何更科学、更有效、更系统地应用CDIO理念推动校企合作人才培养模式创新提出优化策略，旨在为促进校企合作人才培养模式取得更大突破提供参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】As a scientific talent training mode， school-enterprise cooperation has been paid more and more attention， and the cooperation mechanism has been continuously reformed and innovated. The application of CDIO concept to carry out school-enterprise cooperation is of great value for more effective talent cultivation， which should be studied and explored， and efforts should be made to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode. Based on a brief analysis of the influence of CDIO concept on the school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode， this paper emphatically proposes optimization strategies on how to apply CDIO concept more scientifically， more effectively and more systematically to promote the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode， aiming to provide reference for promoting the school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode to achieve greater breakthroughs.

1 引言

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深化，如何适应我国“人才强国”战略，积极探索多元化人才培养模式，是高校必须重视的重大问题。从当前人才培养工作的整体运行情况来看，校企合作人才培养模式得到了重视，而且也有很多高校在这方面加大了工作力度，不仅进行了优化和完善，而且也采取了多元化的举措，使校企合作人才培养模式的系统性更强。将CDIO理念与校企合作人才培养模式进行有效融合具有十分重要的价值，既有利于进一步强化校企合作人才培养模式的系统性，同时也能够使校企合作人才培养模式更具有拓展性。但目前一些高校在运用CDIO理念方面仍然面临制约因素，至关重要的就是对其重要性缺乏深入的理解和认识，直接导致校企合作人才培养模式创新性不足。……
