【摘  要】新时代背景下，企业面临更多的市场压力和发展过程中的挑战。企业想要突破发展瓶颈，就必须重视管理模式的创新。论文主要分析“互联网+”时代背景下企业管理创新的必要性和面临的问题，并进行创新路径的探析。

【Abstract】Under the background of new era， enterprises are facing more market pressure and challenges in the process of development. If enterprises want to break through the bottleneck of development， they must pay attention to the innovation of management mode. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of enterprise management innovation under the background of "internet +" era and the problems it faces， and explores the paths of innovation.

1 引言

“互联网+”时代背景下，企业在发展过程中的管理、运营等出现了与时代进步不符的现象，使得很多企业在面临巨大市场竞争压力的同时还要受到自身管理问题的制约。因此，为实现企业在新时代背景下的长远发展，必须重视当前企业面临的发展问题，结合当下先进的科学技术实现管理的创新，为企业的进步找到突破路径。“互联网+”时代具有更为发达和丰富的信息资源、先进的科学技术以及新时代的管理理念。充分重视其对于企业发展所具有的强大推动力，利用其先进的管理理念和手段开展企业管理创新工作，是企业当前实现自我突破的重要发展路径。

2 “互联网+”时代背景下企业管理创新的必要性

2.1 企业传统的管理组织结构无法满足时代需求

随着我国社会的发展，国家和相关政府部门不断出台新的政策对市场进行引导和约束，使得市场经济体制不断得到完善，进而使其企业在市场经济发展过程中的掌控能力不断减弱，使得企业的发展动力出现不足现象，进而需要开展多种形式的结构创新，以推动企业实现新时期的发展。……
