【摘  要】在“互联网+”理念愈发成熟的背景下，事业单位人力资源管理的变革有了新的方向，加强信息化建设成为一个基本选择。在此进程中，构建信息化建设模式成为首要工作，部分事业单位进行了相应的尝试。通过对部分事业单位的相关尝试和努力成果的分析不难发现，信息化建设模式的构建状况不佳，此项工作难度较大。当诸多难点、问题无法得到破解时，信息化建设模式的构建便无从谈起。论文具体分析了信息化建设模式的构建难点，并提出了构建信息化建设模式的有效策略。

【Abstract】Under the background of the "internet +" concept becoming more mature， the transformation of human resources management in public institutions has a new direction. Strengthening the informatization construction has become a basic choice. In this process， the construction of informatization construction mode has become the primary work， and some public institutions have made corresponding attempts. Through the analysis of the relevant attempts and efforts of some public institutions， it is not difficult to find that the construction status of informatization construction mode is not good， and this work is quite difficult. When many difficulties and problems can not be solved， the construction of informatization construction mode is impossible. The paper specifically analyzes the difficulties in the construction of informatization construction mode， and puts forward effective strategies for constructing informatization construction mode.

1 引言

国内事业单位数量众多，在深化改革的背景下，人力资源管理层面的调整与优化势在必行。通过对部分事业单位的人力资源管理状况以及人力资源管理的信息化建设状况分析可以发现，人力资源管理信息化建设趋势明显，但相应的信息化建设往往需要一个具体模式作为支撑。这一模式的构建对众多事业单位提出了很多新要求，多种难点性因素的共同影响与制约则加大了相应模式的构建难度。为此，探寻相应的人力资源管理信息化建设模式的构建策略十分必要。
