摘 要：随着素质教育的发展，越来越多高职院校开始重视思想政治建设。高职院校教师大多是理工类院校毕业，属于工科类的教师。教师在文理学生分科的过程中，对于思想政治知识的认识比较薄弱。本文将针对新时代高职院校工科教师的思想政治建设方面出发，探索如何在工科类教师教学中融合思政教学理念，从而促进教师和学生的全面进步，提高高职院校教师的思想政治意识。

Analysis on the Path of Ideological and Political Construction of Engineering Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

Abstract：With the development of quality education， more and more vocational colleges have begun to attach importance to ideological and political construction. Most of the teachers in higher vocational colleges are engineering teachers who graduated from science and engineering colleges. Teachers have a weak understanding of ideological and political knowledge in the process of sub-subjects for liberal arts students. This article will focus on the ideological and political construction of engineering teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era， and explore how to integrate ideological and political teaching concepts in the teaching of engineering teachers， to promote the overall progress of teachers and students， and improve the ideological and political awareness of teachers in higher vocational colleges.

隨着时代的不断发展，我国高职院校思想政治工作面临着许多机遇和挑战。学生由于长期受到实践教学的影响，思政教育是学生学习的弱项，教师和学生认为科研更加重要，因此高职院校工科教师的思政意识较薄弱。

1 高职院校工科教师思想政治建设现状

高职院校开展思想政治建设工作非常重要，教师能够积极引导学生，从而丰富学生的思想，帮助学生在思政学习中奠定良好基础，本文就高职院校工科教师思想政治建设的优缺点进行简单分析。

1.1 高职院校工科教师思想政治建设的优点

思想政治建设在工科教学中，能够发挥人文教育的优点。首先，对传统文化和教学素养进行传承。高职院校有其教学特殊性，其教学更注重实践，对于工科类的专业比较重视，教师和学生的文学素养关注度较低，在高职院校的工科教师中进行思想政治建设，能够改善高职院校教学的单一性，让教师能够拥有更加严谨的逻辑。……
