摘 要：近年来，我国教育体制结构不断改革创新，高职院校的人才培养方案也在不断调整中。对于新时代下高职院校主要教学目标是培养具有较高操作技能的专业性人才，而工匠精神所追求的正是一种精益求精的理想状态，在制造业中显得尤为重要。因此，相关高职院校需要对工匠精神培育给予足够的重视，并采取恰当的措施，在实际教学过程中做好学生工匠精神的培育工作。

Cultivation of First-line and Third-level Craftsman Spirit for Students Majoring in Mechatronics in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

Abstract：In recent years， China's education system structure has been continuously reformed and innovated， and the talent training programs of higher vocational colleges are also constantly being adjusted. In the new era， the main teaching goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate professional talents with higher operational skills， and what the craftsman spirit pursues is an ideal state of excellence， which is particularly important in the manufacturing industry. Therefore， relevant higher vocational colleges need to pay enough attention to the cultivation of craftsmanship and take appropriate measures to cultivate students' craftsmanship in the actual teaching process.

1 引言

培養高职院校学生的工匠精神有利于帮助其正确认识个人职业地位，明确个人未来职业追求，提高学生的个人专业素养。本文从新时代高职机电一体化专业学生一线三度工匠精神的培育理念及具体措施两方面展开相关分析。

2 新时代高职机电一体化专业学生一线三度工匠精神的培育理念

将立德树人作为培育主线，对学生的专业热爱度、关注度及创新度同步提升，形成一线三度工匠精神培育理念。

2.1 将“立德树人”作为培育工匠精神的主线

工匠精神是我国职业院校开展教育活动的灵魂，通过培育工匠精神，引导学生形成正确的专业价值追求，提升职业素养。近年来，越来越多的高职院校开始重视德育教育，人才培养首要目标就是立德树人，为更好开展高职院校机电一体化专业学生的工匠精神培育工作，必须明确工匠精神的具体内涵及其在学生未来人生发展中所占据的重要地位，充分发挥立德树人这一主线作用，对培育高职院校机电一体化专业学生的工匠精神具有重要意义。……
