摘  要：“南大之星”档案管理系统已经成为在我国许多高等院校的档案管理中得到广泛应用的一项软件，该系统的特点是其数据引入处理技术是一项适合应用领域涉及面很宽、非常实用、可以显著地提高其工作效率和服务质量的技术性功能。本文针对数据引导功能在档案管理中的应用进行了详尽的论述，此项功能在档案管理中的应用将会显著地提升其档案资料着录的工作效率与质量，并有效地减轻其工作量，提高其档案管理工作的科学性与现代化程度。

Research on the Application of Data Import Function in "Nantah star" File Management System

Abstract： "star of Nantah" file management system has become a software widely used in the file management of many colleges and universities in our country. The characteristic of this system is that its data introduction processing technology is a technical function which is suitable for a wide range of application fields， very practical， and can significantly improve its work efficiency and service quality. This paper discusses the application of data guiding function in archives management in detail. The application of this function in archives management will significantly improve the work efficiency and quality of archives recording， effectively reduce the workload， and improve the scientificity and modernization of archives management.

“南大之星”档案管理系统就是一种专门适用于我国高等院校电子档案管理信息化的课程建设和档案管理中比较理想的一种系统软件[1]。高校专用修订版“南大之星”教学档案管理解决软件在目前我国各类高校的实际教学运行中尤其应用相对较多，如国立中国大学华东师范大学、中国人民大学等。然而高校的档案管理工作者在实际中对于这款软件的使用认识还存在一定的欠缺，其中软件的很多功能还亟待实际应用中去开发[2]。笔者通过自身调研可以发现许多档案管理工作者目前在网络上对于这个软件功能的使用还明显陌生，使得数据引导人的功能没有真正得到充分的研究开发和运行[3]。使得数据导入功能没有得到充分的开发和应用。高校版“南大之星”学位档案管理软件的学位资料引入功能主要是基于 Excel 电子表格的学位资料信息数据，功能的具体应用和实践就以某校硕士研究生的学位档案资料的引入作者著录为主要案例进行了探讨。……
